Sometimes when travelling internationally, it is incredibly easy to forget the things that are right here in your own country- or your hometown so to say. This year I am really trying to make a conscious effort to really experience everything my backyard has to offer. HELLO Summer!

With an epic trip coming to an end (Everest Base Camp), it seems as though summer is coming around in full swing! I love summer, those errrr, 2 months (maybe 3) we get here in Canada are some of the best months. Today I realize though, that with summer coming into full swing, I have started to slack on my posting. Well now that I have a summer, and fall jam packed with plans, I have a feeling there will be no slacking here!
